Watch different channels on two TVs at once. We run the second point and pair the decoder for you.

Decoder Upgrades

Move to Explora or add PVR functionality. We handle the swap, pairing, and old-unit removal.

FAQs

How long does a standard installation take?

Most single-decoder installations take between 1 and 2 hours, depending on roof access and cable routing. We'll confirm an estimate when we quote your job.

Do you supply the dish and decoder, or do I need my own?

We can supply new equipment, or install/re-align equipment you already own. Let us know when booking and we'll quote accordingly.

Are you an official DStv/MultiChoice branch?

Millers Sat Solutions is an independent, accredited installer — not a MultiChoice branch or call centre. We install and support DStv equipment, but subscription billing and account changes happen directly with DStv.

What areas do you cover?

What happens if it rains on my installation day?

Dish alignment needs a clear line of sight and safe roof access, so we may need to reschedule for safety in heavy rain or storms. We'll always contact you first.
